Aetheria

1. How are tarot readings conducted?

All tarot readings are conducted online through text messages, allowing you to receive guidance in a calm, private, and reflective space. You can choose your preferred platform: Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat, Line, Shopify inbox, or Email, and your reader will connect with you at the scheduled time for a live, interactive reading.

2. What is the format of a tarot reading session?

During your session, we begin with the first round of card shuffling based on your question or intention. You may then ask unlimited follow-up questions related to your topic within the session duration (for example, 60 minutes). The reading is interactive and customized to provide deep clarity, energetic alignment, and actionable guidance.

3. How will I receive a Reiki or other Healing session?

All sessions are conducted live via Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link before your session and be guided into a relaxed state as energy is channeled to clear blockages, balance your chakras, and restore your energetic flow. Many clients experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, peace, or deep relaxation during the session.

4. Can I ask multiple questions during my tarot session?

Yes. Within your booked session time, you may explore as many questions as you wish under your main theme. This ensures the reading remains focused while giving you deep clarity and direction.

5. What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

If you need to change your booking time, please contact us at least 4 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the session due to limited availability and energy preparation work done prior to your reading.

6. Are the Tarot courses recorded or live?

We offer both recorded, self-paced courses and live 1-on-1 or group sessions. Recorded courses allow you to learn at your own pace, while live sessions provide direct guidance, real-time Q&A, and personalized coaching.

7. Will I receive certification after completing a course?

Yes. Upon completing all required lessons and assessments, you will receive an Aetheria Certificate of Completion. This certification serves as official recognition of your training and can be used to begin offering healing services or to elevate your existing spiritual practice.

8. Do I need tarot cards, crystals, or tools before class?

For most courses, we will recommend essential tools, but you are not required to purchase everything in advance. Guidance will be provided on the best tools to use and where to source them, based on your level and budget.

9. How can I enroll in a course?

You can enroll directly through our website. After enrolling, you will receive an onboarding email with your course access link, student agreement form, and step-by-step guidance to get started.

10. How do you ship crystals and energy products?

All crystals from Aetheria are energetically cleansed and blessed before shipping to ensure they arrive in their highest vibration. We offer international shipping for most crystal products, using secure packaging to protect each item during transit. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Please note that energy bottles (ritual water or moon-charged essence products) are classified as liquid-based items and can only be shipped to Hong Kong and Macau due to customs restrictions and safety regulations. If you are located outside these regions and wish to purchase energy products, we recommend booking an online energy activation or virtual ritual service as an alternative.

1. What types of courses does Lucentia offer?

Lucentia offers a comprehensive range of courses designed to support both professional advancement and personal transformation. Our curriculum spans multiple disciplines, including language programs in English, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Italian, and Mexican Spanish, as well as business and entrepreneurship training focused on marketing, leadership, e-commerce, and career development. In addition, we provide exam preparation courses for IELTS, TOEFL, DSE and other academic qualifications, along with coaching in communication, presentation, and public speaking skills. Beyond professional education, Lucentia also offers lifestyle mastery courses that integrate personal growth, confidence building, creativity, and self-development, providing learners with practical tools to elevate both their inner potential and real-world success.

2. Who are the courses suitable for?

3. Are the courses beginner-friendly?

Yes. Many of our programs are designed for absolute beginners with step-by-step guidance. We also offer intermediate and advanced-level classes for learners seeking growth and mastery.

4. How are the classes conducted?

Lucentia offers a comprehensive curriculum that spans language learning, business development, exam preparation, public speaking, and lifestyle mastery.

Most of our language courses are conducted through live 1v1 classes, allowing students to receive personalized instruction, real-time feedback, and tailored learning plans based on their goals and proficiency level.

For those who prefer flexibility, we also provide group classes and recorded programs, which can be accessed at any time and are ideal for self-paced learners.

5. How do I enroll in a course, and what happens after registration?

Enrollment can be completed directly through our website using any of the available payment methods. Once you complete your registration for a live class (1v1 or group), an Enrollment Confirmation Form will be automatically sent to your email. You are required to review, sign, and return this form prior to the start of your first lesson. After the form is submitted, you will gain access to our scheduling system, where you may directly book your preferred class dates and times with your instructor through our platform.

For recorded courses, you will also receive the Enrollment Confirmation Form via email and must sign and submit it before gaining access. Upon receipt of the signed form, your course access will be activated, and the lesson links will be directly emailed to you, allowing you to begin your learning journey immediately at your own pace.

6. Why am I required to sign the enrollment form before starting the course?

The enrollment form is a formal agreement designed to protect the rights and interests of both the student and the instructor. It ensures that all course details, including class structure, duration, attendance policy, rescheduling guidelines, and refund terms, are clearly communicated and mutually acknowledged. By signing the form, both parties confirm their commitment to a respectful, professional learning environment and establish transparency regarding expectations, responsibilities, and service standards. This process allows us to provide a safe, fair, and high-quality educational experience for every student.

7. What should I do if I need to cancel or reschedule a class after booking?

If you need to cancel or reschedule a class, you are required to email your assigned tutor directly to arrange an alternative time. All schedule changes must be confirmed with the tutor in advance, as class bookings are made on a reserved time-slot basis. Please note that cancellations made without proper notice or outside the agreed rescheduling window may be counted as attended sessions, in accordance with the course policy outlined in your enrollment form.

8. Can I take more than one course at the same time?

Absolutely. We have designed progressive learning paths that allow you to build multiple skills simultaneously. Bundle discounts and membership options are available for multi-course enrollment.

9. Is there any trial class or consultation available?

Yes. Some of our tutors provide complimentary consultation or trial sessions to help you understand the course structure, assess your learning goals, and determine the teaching style that suits you best. Availability may vary by instructor and course type, and trial arrangements are made on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested in a consultation or trial class, you may submit a request during enrollment, and our team will match you with a suitable tutor based on your learning needs.

10. How long do I have access to complete my course?

Both our recorded and live course packages come with a 10-month completion period from the date of enrollment. This timeframe allows students ample flexibility to learn at their own pace while ensuring steady progress and course completion within a structured timeline. During these 10 months, you may attend all scheduled live sessions (if applicable), access recorded lessons, and utilize all learning materials included in your package. Extensions beyond the 10-month period may be available under special circumstances and are subject to review and approval.
