• Warehouse Location: Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse located in Hong Kong. 

• Processing Time: After placing your order, it will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.

• Tracking Information: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to help you monitor your package’s journey.

  Delivery Times

• Asian Countries: Orders will be shipped within 7 days.

• International Shipping: Some limited products may ship from our global warehouses. In these cases, delivery may take between 5-14 business days, depending on the destination.

Tracking Your Order

Special Considerations
